Pirates Cook Falcons for 42-21 BVAL Victory

The Freedom High Falcons gave the Pittsburg Pirates a run for their money this last week in Football BVAL game play. The ending score of the game was 42 to 21 in favor of the Pirates. The loss continues to keep the Falcons contained to the ‘L’ column for the entire season ranking. The Falcons overall record is now 0 to 8. Next week will not be any easier of a game as they take on the Heritage High Patriots next Friday night. The Pittsburg Pirates will travel to Brentwood and take on the Liberty Lons for their next opponent.

Any drunkards in Brentwood are in for a surprise as the Brentwood City Council has announced that they will be scrutinizing conditional use permits more closely in the following months. Council members are making good on efforts to keep the city of Brentwood’s identity as a family oriented town. Brentwood is going to get another great treat this holiday season as Holiday on Ice returns to the Streets of Brentwood. The ice skating rink has been a big attraction for kids and adults of all ages. Previous year ticket sales have been in the thousands. The holiday event has generated sponsors from a wide range of area businesses. Some of the sponsors include names like Comcast (NYSE:CMCSK), Sutter Medical Center, Fremont Bank, AT&T (NYSE:ATT), Rubio’s (NYSE:RUBO), Chevron (NYSE:CVX‎), and Rave Motion Pictures just to name a few.
